Kick Off Meeting, Munich 2012

Registration for the meeting is now closed. Registration was possible until November 23th 2012.

The kick-off meeting will be held at the Kolpinghaus in downtown Munich (http://www.kolpinghaus-muenchen-zentral.de) from 16th to 18th, December. We will start with the program on Sunday at 3:30 pm, the meeting will end on Tuesday at 1 pm. All PIs as well as the DFG-funded co-workers of the SPP should participate.

We have reserved one slot for a talk for each project (20 min + 5 min discussion). Due to time restrictions there will be no posters. These talks should be preferentially given by one of the co-workers of the project. The time schedule will be available soon.

Hotel rooms are pre-reserved in recommended hotels until December 1st (check reservation codes in prior E-mail).
Please take care for the reservations by yourself.

The dinner on Sunday will be at the Gesellenhaus (www.gesellenhaus.de), the dinner on Monday will take place in the restaurant “Zum Augustiner” (http://www.augustiner-restaurant.com). Costs for the venue as well as dinners and coffee breaks will be covered by the coordination funds, costs for accommodation and travel should be covered with the funds of the individual projects.
